Carmen D. Spinoso, architect of the Lincoln Hill Development Plan, endorsed City Auditor Minch Lewis for Mayor today. Spinoso sent a letter to each of his neighbors in the Lincoln Park Neighborhood, explaining his support:
“Minch has given us hope…hope that pride can be restored to Lincoln Hill.”
Spinoso and Lewis worked together to develop the Lincoln Hill Plan and secure the funding for the project. Currently, over $3,000,000 have been secured for the effort.
Spinoso praised Lewis’ constant involvement in and dedication to the neighborhoods.
“Each of our 26 neighborhoods need a vision and a plan to rebuild their identity and sense of community,” Spinoso said. “Without Minch’s hard-work and commitment to the Lincoln Hill Plan, the project would not have been possible. I know he will bring the same enthusiasm to the Mayor’s office to ensure that each of our neighborhoods are revitalized.”
